Video Inspection Systems
SCIENSCOPE Video Inspection Systems
Video Inspection Systems have become the most widely used inspection tool in the market today!. Taking advantage of Zoom Lens Magnification, High-Resolution Camera , and the ability to view the image on a large LCD screen make video inspection systems highly desirable. Scienscope Video Inspection Systems offer Macro Zoom Lens (large working distance) and Micro Zoom Lens (high magnification) system solutions. All systems are compatible with Video Image Express to provide a powerful yet easy to use image capture, annotation, measurement, and e-mail solution.
MACRO SYSTEMS
Scienscope Macro Zoom Lens (MAC) is a high-resolution zoom lens which allows easy inspection and documentation of parts with low magnification (4x-60x), Wide Field of View (over 2 ½ inches), a large depth of field and long working distance (5-10 inches). Video Inspection operators have plenty of room to hold parts under the macro lens, rotate the part and the video image stays in focus while looking for defects.
MICRO SYSTEMS
Scienscope Micro Zoom lens (MZ7) is designed for greater optical performance, high magnification, and flexibility.
The micro zoom lens body has a 0.7 to 4.5 objective range with built-in detents and internal focus allows easy measurement for repeating magnification and gives precise focus control under high magnification without the use of focus mount making your inspection into a new level of viewing.
Crisp and clear zoom optics are enhanced dramatically with an LED light source (version 1.5" ID) and a high-resolution Digital Camera.
A full line of accessories of video couplers and objective/auxiliary lenses are available to provide a total system magnification of up to 1000x and working distance of up to 12 inches. Scienscope Micro Zoom lens (MZ7) must be used with a video coupler in order to function properly.
By adding Video Image Express field of view measurement and annotation software the system can be calibrated with repeatable detents to accomplish fast documentation of welds, cracks, and defects.
DIGITAL / ANALOG OUTPUT
Scienscope video scopes are configured with USB, XGA, and Analog cameras at an amazing price.
